If these products do not perform in your hands as stated on the datasheet, please contact our technical services team. You will be offered a replacement product, credit or full refund. Terms and Conditions:

• This guarantee is only available for the branded products listed above that are purchased directly from R&D Systems, Bio-Techne, Novus, or Tocris, or through an authorized distributor of these brands.
• This guarantee does not apply to instruments or instrument consumables. Please refer to the warranty section of our Terms and Conditions.
• Products must be stored and used appropriately under normal conditions and as directed on the datasheet and must be used before their expiration date.
• Products must be stored and used according to the specifications located either within the product information or on the R&D Systems website to remain eligible for this guarantee.
• You must contact Technical Services for assistance before requesting a replacement or refund.
• If you have a separate agreement (e.g., a custom, a licence or any other agreement for purchase of products) the terms of the agreement will supersede the terms of this guarantee.
