NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is a ready-to-use fluorescent nuclear stain for live cell imaging. NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is highly suited for long term 2D and 3D cell organoids imaging. Able to multiplex with Live-dead stain for multiplexed phenotypic imaging. NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is suitable for monitoring precise tracking of cell proliferation, differentiation, and responses to stimuli over time. Allow wash-free imaging. NucleoLIVE™ Non-Toxic Dye is provided as 50 �L of 1000x concentrate in DMSO. Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 568 nM and 590 nM, respectively.Please refer to this protocol for further information on how to use this product.
