Calcineurin Autoinhibitory Peptide is a selective inhibitor of Ca²⁺-calmodulin-dependent protein phosphatase (calcineurin) (IC₅₀ ~ 10 μM). Does not inhibit PP1, PP2A or CaM kinase II (IC₅₀ > 100 mM).
