Closed System Process
ProPak GMP cytokines and GMP T cell media bags are designed to integrate seamlessly into a closed system process, mitigating the risk of contamination.
Weldable Tubing
Easily integrate ProPaks into your workflow. Industry standard PVC tubing creates a fully closed cytokine addition step that can then be added to a 1 L bioreactor, such as the G-Rex.
Optimized Performance
Our studies have identified optimal doses of IL-2, IL-7, and IL-15 in a 1 L T or NK cell culture process. We also offer made-to-order ProPak options filled to your specifications, ensuring ProPaks supply the ideal amount of protein for your process.
Reduced Manual Touchpoints
Eliminating reconstitution and aliquoting steps reduces hands-on technician time under a BSC hood. This reduces risks of error while streamlining your journey to the clinic.
Ready-to-Use Format
ProPak GMP cytokines can be stored at -20 °C for long term storage or at 2-8 °C for up to 2 weeks. Accelerated stability testing currently underway to support a 2 year shelf-life at -20 °C.
GMP Human T Cell Media can be stored at 2-8 °C and protected from light, up to the use by date on the Certificate of Analysis.

ProPak, liquid, or lyophilized IL-7 and IL-15 were added to Xeno-free GMP Human T Cell Media (Catalog # CCM038-GMP) with 5% huAB Serum. T cells from 3 donors were activated and expanded in G-Rex bioreactors for 9 days and assessed for fold expansion and cell viability. Data is the average of 4 independent experiments with 3 donors per experiment, error bars ± SD.
