Detection of TNF RII/TNFRSF1B in Human Granulocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood granulocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human TNF RII/TNFRSF1B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2261, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (MAB003, open histogram) followed by Anti-Mouse IgG PE-conjugated secondary antibody (Catalog # F0102B). Background: TNF RII/TNFRSF1B
TNF RII is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein primarily expressed on hematopoietic cells and is designated TNFRSF1B. TNF RII is a high-affinity receptor for TNF‑ alpha and TNF-beta. A soluble form of the receptor generated by proteolytic cleavage functions as a TNF antagonist.
