Mouse F(ab)2 IgG (H+L) PE-conjugated Antibody Summary

Species Reactivity
Detects mouse IgG primary antibodies in immunofluorescent assays. After purification by affinity chromatography, this antibody was adsorbed to eliminate human cross-reactivity and the IgG fraction was further digested with pepsin to generate F(ab')2 fragments which have reduced interactions with cell surface Fc receptors
Polyclonal Goat IgG
Antigen Affinity-purified
Mouse IgG heavy and light chains
Supplied in a saline solution containing BSA and Sodium Azide.
Phycoerythrin (Excitation= 488 nm, Emission= 565-605 nm)

Recommended Concentration
Flow Cytometry
Designed for use as a secondary developing reagent in immunofluorescent assays, such as flow cytometry, where the primary antibody does not have a fluorescent reporter, is of mouse origin, and is of IgG class. The recommended concentration is 10 μL/106 cells.

Please Note: Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application. General Protocols are available in the Technical Information section on our website.

Background: IgG

R&D Systems offers a range of secondary antibodies and controls for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blotting. We provide species-specific secondary antibodies that are available with a variety of conjugated labels.

Our NorthernLights fluorescent secondary antibodies are bright and resistant to photobleaching. We are currently offering secondary antibodies recognizing mouse, rat, goat, sheep, and rabbit IgG as well as chicken IgY. These reagents are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multi-color fluorescence microscopy.

Mouse F(ab)2 IgG (H+L) PE-conjugated Antibody
By Anonymous on 12/17/2020
Application: Flow Sample Tested: Whole blood Species: Human

Whole blood was diluted with PBS, overlaid atop Ficoll, and centrifuged to separate the PBMC layer. The PBMC layer was washed twice with PBS and cells were aliquoted into centrifuge tubes for staining. Cells were counted and concentration was adjusted to 10,000 cells per uL. 100 uL of cells was aliquoted into each centrifuge tube for staining.
