Product Description

IQ 3 is a selective JNK3 inhibitor (K_d values are 66, 240 and 290 nM for JNK3, JNK1 and JNK2 respectively). Inhibits NF-κB/AP1 transcriptional activity in THP1-Blue cells (IC₅₀ = 1.4 μM). Also inhibits TNF-α and IL-6 production in vitro.
