LRP-6 cDNA Clones

LRP-6 (low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein-6) is a type I transmembrane protein that functions as a co-receptor with Frizzled in the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Members of the Dickkopf (Dkk) family of proteins also interact with LRP-6, thus modulating Wnt signaling.
