MyD88 Small Molecules and Peptides

MyD88 is an adaptor protein involved in the Toll-like receptor (TLR), IL-1, and IFN-gamma signaling pathways. In the IL-1 and TLR pathways, MyD88 recruits IL-1 R-associated protein kinase (IRAK) to the IL-1 receptor complex and TLR, respectively. In IFN-gamma signaling, MyD88 links IFNGR1 to MLK3.
