NPE-caged-HPTS is a caged fluorescent pH indicator. Rapidly releases the fluorophore HPTS (pyranine) (pKa 7.25) upon two-photon excitation (>3000 s-1). Routinely used for photolysis calibration. Suitable for use in small-compartment diffusion studies.Spectra Viewer
