Biological Activity
NSC 3852 is a histone deacetylase inhibitor. Causes cell differentiation and antiproliferative activity in MCF-7 human breast cancer cells in vitro and displays antitumor activity in vivo. Also exhibits antiproliferative, proapoptotic and differentiation effects in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia cell lines.Technical Data
