PIK 93 is a potent PI 3-Kγ, PI 3-Kα and PI 4-KIIIβ inhibitor (IC₅₀ values are 16, 39 and 19 nM, respectively). Rescues PI 3K inhibition of growth of S. cerevisiae in a reverse halo assay.
