FBXO27 Lysates

FBXO27 (F-box only protein 27) is a 31 kDa member of the F-box protein family. Members of this family are characterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. F-box proteins, along with SKP1 and cullin form SCF complexes that act as protein-ubiquitin ligases. FBXO27 may play a role in leukemias.
