RASGEF1C Proteins and Enzymes

The RASGEF1C gene encodes a Ras-GEF domain-containing family member 1C protein that functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF). The RASGEF1C gene is known to interact with genes TNK2, TERF1, POT1, and TERF2. It exists in two isoforms: isoform 1 is 466 amino acids long at a mass of around 52 kDA while isoform 2 is 315 amino acids long at nearly 36 kDA.
