Background: ARF6

ADP-ribosylation factor 6, also known as ARF6, is a member of the ADP ribosylation factor family of GTP-binding proteins. It is localized to the plasma membrane, and regulates vesicular trafficking, remodelling of membrane lipids, and signaling pathways that lead to actin remodeling. Additionally, ARF6 play a central role in maintenance of organelle integrity, assembly of coat proteins and activation of phospholipase D. Recombinant human ARF6 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

FAQs for Recombinant Human ARF6 His Protein

Showing  1 - 3 of 3 FAQs Showing All
  • Q: I saw another protein purified product ARF6, which is expressed in E.coli. Did you expressed that protein with n-myristoyltransferase co-transformation E.coli?

    A: We do not express the ARF6 protein with n-myristoyltransferase co-transformation E.coli.

  • Q: Is recombinant human ARF6 protein NBP1-49459-0.1mg active or not?

A: This protein has not been tested for bioactivity.

  • Q: We would like to buy a myristoylated Arf6 purified protein. If you have myristoylated Arf6 purified protein, please let me know.

A: Unfortunately, due to our expression system as well as Abnova's, we do not believe that these proteins have post-translational modifications similar to the endogenous protein
