Immunoprecipitation: GRASP65 Antibody [NBP2-36526] - Detection of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GRASP65 antibody NBP2-36526 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. GRASP65 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GRASP65 antibody NBP2-36527. For blotting immunoprecipitated GRASP65, NBP2-36527 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for GRASP65 Antibody - BSA Free
