Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18398]-Detection of human METTL14 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-METTL14 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. METTL14 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody and a second antibody against a different epitope of METTL14. For blotting immunoprecipitated METTL14, was used at 0. 4 mg/ml.
