Immunoprecipitation: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28682]
Immunoprecipitation: NCAPH2 Antibody [NBP1-28682] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody NBP1-28682 used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. CapH2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CapH2 antibody NBP1-28723, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CapH2, NBP1-28723 was used at 1 ug/ml.
