Rotigotine hydrochloride is a dopamine D₂ and D₃ receptor agonist. K_i values are 13 and 0.71 nM for D₂ and D₃ respectively. Also has significant affinity for 5-HT_1A and adrenergic α_2B receptors. Exhibits antiparkinsonian acitivity.
