(S)-(+)-Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase 1 and cyclooxygenase 2 (IC50 values are 12 and 80 μM respectively). Active isomer of ibuprofen.
