Tangential flow filter-Simple (TFF-Simple) are a filter cartridge of hollow polysulfone fibers used for rapid concentration of dilute samples, such as urine and cell culture media prior to EV isolation. The tangential flow filtration systems allows for efficient concentration of EVs without impacting vesicle shape or function. No time-consuming ultracentrifugation step, limited filter clogging compared to traditional diafiltration, concentrated samples can be directly loaded onto SEC columns or used in other EV isolation techniques, ability to dialyze EV preparations, filters can be reused multiple times.
