ARF6 Antibody

Immunoprecipitation:ARF6 AntibodyNBP3-29164] -

Immunoprecipitation:ARF6 AntibodyNBP3-29164] -Detection of human ARF6 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARF6 antibody NBP3-29164 (lot NBP3-29164-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ARF6 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ARF6.. For blotting immunoprecipitated ARF6, NBP3-29164 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

FAQs for ARF6 Antibody - BSA Free

Showing  1 - 2 of 2 FAQs Showing All
  • Q: I saw another protein purified product ARF6, which is expressed in E.coli. Did you expressed that protein with n-myristoyltransferase co-transformation E.coli?

    A: We do not express the ARF6 protein with n-myristoyltransferase co-transformation E.coli.

  • Q: We would like to buy a myristoylated Arf6 purified protein. If you have myristoylated Arf6 purified protein, please let me know.

A: Unfortunately, due to our expression system as well as Abnova's, we do not believe that these proteins have post-translational modifications similar to the endogenous protein
