Western Blot:[NBP3-30568]-Detection of human DIS3 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DIS3 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. DIS3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DIS3 antibodies and, which recognize other epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.
