FX 1 is a Bcl-6 inhibitor (K_d = 3 μM); exhibits 10-fold greater potency than endogenous Bcl-6 corepressors. Disrupts formation of Bcl-6 repression complex. Induces regression of established tumors in mice bearing DLBCL xenograft.
