Detection of IGDCC3 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human IGDCC3 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. IGDCC3 (Immunoglobulin superfamily DCC subclass member 3), also known as Punc, is 814 aa single-pass type I transmembrane protein that shares 91% aa sequence identity with mouse IGDCC3 in the extracellular domain. It is a member of the neural cell adhesion molecule family and contains two fibronectin type III repeats and four immunoglobulin-like domains. IDGCC3 is high expressed in the brain, and has been suggested to play a role in motor coordination. It has also been suggested to play a role in breast cancer.
