Western Blot:[NBP3-30684]-Detection of human CerS2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CerS2 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CerS2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CerS2 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope.
