Immunoprecipitation:RPL10A AntibodyNBP3-30550] -Detection of human RPL10A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RPL10A antibody (NBP3-30550 lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RPL10A was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NBP3-30550 lot 1) and a second.inst a different epitope of RPL10A. For blotting immunoprecipitated RPL10A, NBP3-30550 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background: RPL10A

RPL10A, also known as Ribosomal Protein L10a, is a 25kDa 217 amino acid protein that belongs to the L1P family of ribosomal proteins. Current research is being conducted on RPL10A in relation to the diseases Diamond-Blackfan anemia, Treacher Collins syndrome, metastasis efficiency, anemia and malaria. RPL10A has been linked to the virulence, nuclear export, translation, vitellogenesis, cell development and histone deacetylation where it interacts with RPL26, RPL6, RPL8, RPS3 and RPL11.
