Immunoprecipitation: SASS6 Antibody [NB100-93342] - Detection of Human SAS-6 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SAS-6 antibody NB100-93342 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. SAS-6 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SAS-6 antibody NB100-93343, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SAS-6, was used at 1 ug/ml.
