Western Blot:[NBP3-30426]-

Western Blot:[NBP3-30426]-Detection of human ZZZ3 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T, Jurkat and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZZZ3 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ZZZ3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZZZ3 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
