A wide range of markers for pI determination are available to give both consistent and accurate measurement of isoelectric point on your iCE system. They can be used for whole-column and single-point capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF) detection to measure your sample protein's isoelectric point, and for quality control of sample analysis. You'll get 200 µL of pI marker stock solution in every vial.
