Product Description

3,5-DHBA is a selective agonist of hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 1 (HCA₁, also known as GPR81) (EC₅₀ ~150 μM). Inhibits lipolysis in wild-type mouse adipocytes. Displays minimal activity at HCA₂ (at concentrations >10 mM) and no activity at HCA₃, free fatty acid receptor (FFAR) 2 or FFAR3.
