Product Description

AP 1867 PEG3 Haloalkane is a heterobifunctional molecule inducing proximity between a Ser/Thr phosphatase (PP2) fused with FKBP12 (F36V) and a phosphosubstrate (PDCD4 and FOXO3a) fused with haloalkane dehalogenase and affecting dephosphorylation of the latter (PhosTAC). In pulldown experiments, AP 1867 PEG3 Haloalkane induces 50% dephosphorylation of PDCD4 at 10μM after 12 h incubation. Targeted protein dephosphorylation with AP 1867 PEG3 Haloalkane can be used to induce dephosphorylation of other haloalkane dehalogenase labeled phosphoproteins.
