Product Description

AY 77 is a potent PAR2 biased agonist. AY 77 exhibits bias for Ca2+ over ERK1/2 signaling (EC50 values are 40 nM for Ca2+ release versus 2 μM for ERK1/2 phosphorylation). Shows selectivity for PAR2 over PAR1. Promotes migration of human breast cancer cells in vitro.
