Immunoprecipitation:BAIAP2L1 AntibodyNBP3-30360] -Detection of human BAIAP2L1/IRTKS by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BAIAP2L1/IRTKS antibody NBP3-30360 (lot NBP3-30360-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BAIAP2L1/IRTKS was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BAIAP2L1/IRTKS.. For blotting immunoprecipitated BAIAP2L1/IRTKS, NBP3-30360 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

BAIAP2L1 (Brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 1-associated protein 2-like protein 1) may function as an adapter protein. It contains an IRSp53/MIM homology domain (IMD) that bundles actin filaments, and interacts with the small GTPase Rac.
