BRACO 19 trihydrochloride is a telomerase inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 115 nM). Inhibits expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT), induces cellular senescence and inhibits growth of uterine cancer cells in vitro. Inhibits growth of uterine tumor xenografts in mice.
