This plasmid enables expression of proteins fused to the BromoCatch™ tag, a covalent self-labeling tag derived from a BET bromodomain. BromoCatch™ forms a rapid, specific covalent bond with functionalized small-molecule probes for live-cell labeling, protein isolation, or targeted degradation. The vector expresses a C-terminal BromoCatch fusion protein with a 6×His tag, glycine-serine linker, and upstream cloning sites, driven by the CMV promoter with puromycin resistance for selection.
