Key Benefits

This plasmid enables expression of proteins fused to the BromoCatch™ tag, a covalent self-labeling tag derived from a BET bromodomain. BromoCatch™ forms a rapid, specific covalent bond with functionalized small-molecule probes for live-cell labeling, protein isolation, or targeted degradation. The vector expresses a C-terminal BromoCatch fusion GFP protein with a glycine-serine linker and upstream cloning sites, driven by the CMV promoter with hygromycin B resistance for selection.
