Biological Activity
CDDO-Me is a Nrf2 pathway activator. Induces expression of Nrf-2 regulated, cytoprotective genes in vivo. Also blocks the NF-κB pathway by direct inhibition of IKKβ. Inhibits production of a wide range of inflammatory mediators in vitro.Technical Data
