Immunoprecipitation:CLPTM1L AntibodyNBP3-30644] -Detection of human CLPTM1L by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg per IP; 5% of IP loaded) from MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CLPTM1L antibody (NBP3-30644 lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CLPTM1L was also immunoprecipitated by a second.inst a different epitope of CLPTM1L. For blotting immunoprecipitated CLPTM1L, NBP3-30644 was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
