Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18370]-Detection of human CFDP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CFDP1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CFDP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CFDP1 antibody.
