FK 3311 is a cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor. Inhibits zymosan-induced prostaglandin E₂ production by rat peritoneal neutrophils in vitro and adjuvant-induced arthritis in vivo. Anti-inflammatory.
