Scientific Data Images for Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST Antibody
Detection of Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates ofSf 21 S. frugiperdainsect ovarian cell line mock transfected or transfected GST tagged Parkin. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Hamster Anti-Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94991) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Hamster IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST tagged Parkin at approximately 74 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST by Western Blot.
Western Blot shows lysates of E. coli transfected with GST tagged BRDG1-SH2. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/ml of Hamster Anti-Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94991) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Hamster IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST at approximately 37 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST Antibody
