Detection of Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates ofSf 21 S. frugiperdainsect ovarian cell line mock transfected or transfected GST tagged Parkin. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Hamster Anti-Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94991) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Hamster IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST tagged Parkin at approximately 74 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Western Blot shows lysates of E. coli transfected with GST tagged BRDG1-SH2. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/ml of Hamster Anti-Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB94991) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Hamster IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST at approximately 37 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.
