Glycyl-H 1152 dihydrochloride is a glycyl analog of the Rho-kinase inhibitor H 1152 dihydrochloride (Cat. No. 2414) that displays improved ROCKII selectivity. IC50 values are 0.0118, 2.35, 2.57, 3.26, > 10 and >10 μM for ROCKII, Aurora A, CAMKII, PKG, PKA and PKC respectively.
