A: I would recommend using NBP1-49619 with NBC1-18489 as they are corresponding to the same region. Even though it is against the human sequence the antibody should still recognize the protein and therefore if you incubate them together in a negative control competition assay prior to applying them to your rat samples it should eliminate the signal.
