Scientific Data Images for Human ENPP‑1 Antibody
Detection of Human ENPP‑1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, human liver tissue, human kidney tissue, and human thyroid tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human ENPP-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6136) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for ENPP-1 at approximately 130-150 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human ENPP‑1 Antibody
