Product Description

KT 182 is a potent, selective and irreversible α/β-hydrolase domain 6 (ABHD6) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 1.7 nM). KT 182 exhibits selectively for ABHD6 over other brain and liver serine hydrolases, but does exhibit some activity at carboxylesterase-1. KT 182 inhibits ABHD6 activity in the brain and liver in mice following intraperitoneal administration.
