Species: MouseAssay Type: Ex VivoVerified Customer | Posted 03/28/2018Goes into water well. We usually make up a 1 mM stock for many experiments.Voltammetry experiments were used to measure evoked dopamine release. Quinpirole (30nM) reduces dopamine release considerably (near IC50 in dorsal striatum), which was reversed by sulpiride (600nM). Drug works every time!
