Potent and selective tankyrase (TNKS) inhibitor (IC₅₀ values are 6 and 72 nM for TNKS1 and TNKS2 respectively). Has no significant effect on PARP-1 or PARP-2 (IC₅₀ >19 μM). Inhibits WNT/β-catenin signaling-dependent Super-TopFlash (STF) luciferase activity.
