Scientific Data Images for Mouse Common  gamma  Chain/IL‑2 R gamma Antibody

Detection of Mouse Common ? Chain/IL-2 R? antibody by Western Blot.

Detection of Mouse Common gamma Chain/IL‑2 R gamma by Western Blot.

Western blot shows lysates of mouse lymphocytes. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7843) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
