Ononetin is a naturally occurring deoxybenzoin. TRPM3 channel blocker (IC₅₀ = 300 nM). Inhibits pregnenolone sulfate-induced intracellular Ca²⁺ accumulation in HEK_mTRPM3 cells and dorsal root ganglia (DRG) neurons in vitro.
